This saddens me. I know it's not PC to automatically distrust Muslims, but Bush? Isn't that his job? There's nothing fishy about this? If he's going to do this, then he needs to bring our troops home. Why bother with the damn war?

Heh, I'm actually not against the idea in theory, because Arab countries are not bad by default, just because they happened to house al-Qaeda members and supporters. I mean, if that were the case, then we'd have a few sketchy states, because David Koresh and Tim McVeigh and the Unabomber? Not to mention the Columbine kids. However, it's hilarious how hipocritical things can be. Bush thinks: "Arab = alQaeda! Except when they're friends of my daddy. Or when they give us money. Then they're good." So Iraq was bad, and Saudi Arabia and now the UAE are good

yeah, as far as P&P remakes go, it's not that great...but i like the cultural issues that are raised, especially the indians from india vs. from america or london...kinda funny the crazy dude from america...but it was cute/interesting
