My book is here! Well, books, really, as I ordered two. But one is a review book for school and therefore doesn't count as a Book. The other one though...it's all new and shiny and has a new book smell :)

And in other news, I think I just re-invented the ampersand.

An ampersand is this: &. It is used as an "and". I'm not exactly sure how the re-invention came about, but I'm suddenly writing ampersands in all my notes.

Yay for books! They're the greatest. When I used to work at Borders, most of my paycheck went right back to them :)

That's my new ideal job - working in a bookstore. Can we say employee discount? And being in a room filled with books! It'd be like heaven.

Ampersand is one of the coolest words ever. Although, it really would just be simpler to say and sign. But what a cool word!

And yay for new books! I hope that you find time to read it eventually. :)

I do like the word. And I was wondering how exactly it came to represent "and." I mean, it doesn't exactly look like "and," now does it? But then yesterday I realized that somehow I had started using somewhat illegible ampersands.

I hope so too :)
