So summery and delightful! I love:

The fireworks pictures are amazing, and of course that one of Lindsay blowing a dandelion. You express your life visually in such a warm and sweet way. You are going to have so much fun looking back at all this stuff when you're old.

:) I love that photo of Lindsay & the dandelion. I hope livejournal is still around when I'm old! I keep stressing out about getting it all downloaded so I don't loose it if anything happens to the servers. That would be devastating!

I'm glad you liked this post xo

Isn't there a backup journal option? Ima go look right now! It'd be tragic to lose this many years of angst...

there is, but you can't download and embed your photos into it.. and my posts wouldn't be nearly as good if I didn't have the photos. I'd also like to be able to use the tags in the downloaded journal, it's so much easier to find stuff with them.

my time in the okanagan was strange, but i can safely say that getting drunk as shit on good wine and laying on any beach along okanagan lake is as good a way as any to spend a summer day.

The okanagan is meant to be drunk in. Have you ever been there over the winter?

ugh, yes. it's a dry, freezing wasteland in the winter. they make you pay dearly for the joyous summers.

i only lasted a few winters... i actually moved to vancouver on new year's eve to get away from it.

I can imagine.. this is why I've never traveled that way during the fall/winter season. ew.

I envy you for your most recent move.. I imagine SF is a breeze in January. :P
