I ALWAYS use a flash in the cab and I don't think they've ever said anything! Mostly they just want to get in on the picture taking action - it's hilarious. This time the guy had a bit of a problem with us DRINKING in the cab... so we kept it to a minimum.. I think though, Vancouver cab drivers are pretty relaxed.. tee hee
