So I've been meaning to do this meme for a while. It's snagged from tanyareed, and what you do is put your iTunes on shuffle and make a poem out of the first line of the first ten songs that play. And I am dying, because this is a pretty hilariously weird poem.

OMG I wanna teleport for S's tournament. SIGH. What is this distance?
There are most certainly not two sides, christ on a cupcake is so so so right. UGH it's so sad. And frustrating. But mostly sad and SO detrimental. UGH UGH. Did you see one of the congresswomen saying she wouldn't be willing to give up HER paycheck? OMG the hypocrisy. The greed. The wtfery.

Your poem IS better than mine, totally! I especially love the juxtaposition of "You're a red string tied to my finger/ Wait in line 'til your time." Heh. This is an awesome meme:)

Well probably S will now not be HAVING the tournament, given that he can't move his wrist and we are headed for the ER as soon as I throw some dinner into him. I would cry but I don't have time, fuck it. And if it's broken, well that's no soccer for what, two months? AWESOME. I just. Good good.

I missed the bit about the congresswoman saying she wouldn't give up her paycheck. Was it Michele Bachmann? I effing hate them all so much that there are no worse to describe it. Just run the government, seriously.

The Colbert show just had a wedding with a couple who wanted to get married at the Jefferson Memorial but couldn't because of the shutdown. Many Patinkin gave a traditional Jewish blessing that was surprisingly beautiful, and an Opera singer sang "White Wedding"

Speaking of, I love classic interpretations of pop songs. This makes me smile, hope it makes you smile too:

Well the tournament may not happen at all given that I'm in the er with S. Oy. Fingers crossed. I would love to meet all my f-listers too! I think I get to see Kay over Thanksgiving so I'm excited about that! I can't watch the vid right now because I'm just on my phone but I will when I get home!

Thank you so much! I just really hope it's not broken because tomorrow's tournament aside he'll be devastated beyond belief if he's out of soccer for the rest of the season. Never a dull moment ever! But it could have been so much worse:)

Well his wrist is killing him and he does NOT complain about pain, so I guess we'll see if it's broken a go from there. Argh I really he'd called me from school so we could have just gone to his doc during normal hours.
