When I was a kid I watched Space Cases religiously and would have sold my family for a date with Jewel Staite. She was in Flash Forward and an episode of So Weird when I was in middle school, so when I found out she was in [i]Firefly[/i] I think I nearly died. She was my first celebrity crush, and a man never forgets that. Honestly, I would do anything to get that date with her still.

She was also in two (unrelated) episodes of Are You Afraid of the Dark? Watcher's Woods, and the painting one. I really do love her, and I remember that episode of So Weird. She was a siren. She had a very small part in one episode of Dead Like Me, and she was dressed all goth-like, which was a new look for her, but I approved.
