Today was my last day of volunteering with the kitties (for those of you from the RDJ friending meme I volunteer with VOKRA). Or so I thought. I start school on Monday, so I had to give up morning shifts to help the kitties, but I got a call from one of the coordinators asking if I could to Thursday evenings, so I will still do one shift a week. I

I envy your cat. I wish they would catch flies. That way they can just eat them instead of bringing other things to me.

I would go back to the store and complain. Especially since THEY made it. Vegan stuff is not suppose to have meat in it. I eat meat and even I know just cause it has veggies and it says vegan, it should not have "some" meat in it. That is not vegan. I would complain and talk to the manager.

We went back last night and got our money back. They said they would talk to their deli department and let them know to be extra careful about their labelling.

LOL That would be fun to watch. We did go back last night and told them. They refunded our money and also said they'd inform the deli department manager of the situation, so hopefully that won't happen again.

Most definitely. I understand mistakes happen, but when packing the same product with a meat and veggie variety they should pay extra careful attention to that shit.
