That's fine. I prefer to work with you a few hours in the morning. Mornings are the best time for training-- when your mind is clear and your body is fresh.
Hmm. If nothing comes up I could be ready to start Monday morning. Is there a certain type of attire I should wear? Like sweatpants and a sports bra? And a bottle of water would probably be wise to bring, yes?
Wear something comfortable, and not too heavy. And yes, you'll need the water. Get up a little earlier to eat before hand too. You don't want to cramp, but the energy boost won't hurt.
