So.... do you ever find yourself losing time to social activity - refraining from social activities - either because you participating in training or because you know you have to train the next day and don't want to have a suck training because you were out the night before?
Context: I'm doing yoga 4-5 times per week. I'm passing on going out on Friday nights so I'm in good shape for my Saturday morning practice.
This is new and unusual territory for me. Your thoughts?
