So far so good on the new year. Did manage to get up too late to bike (on the trainer) this morning, but managed it this evening. Stopped by the gym on the way home and, once again, the manager wasn't in so they couldn't take updated credit card info, but I left a note to have him call me. I think the first time I'll get in to actually swim will be

got in the pool today and swam a mile in approx 37 minutes. will be so happy when the New Year's resolution crowd goes back to watching football.
