Last week really kicked the shit out of me. I've spent most of the year steadfastly avoiding caffeine as much as possible -- to the point that one Coke is now enough to raise my pulse and leave me twitchy -- but I had to give up this week. yeah. if he makes a better teacher than intelligence director, you're set.

you can also mention in your report that it was the goal that all part 121 air carrier operations at DCA scheduled between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. be conducted with Stage 3 aircraft by the end of 1996, so the noise impact since then has been reduced.

So what, really, need more be said about it? Heh...

Well, the noise footprint isn't so interesting to me, though the professor wants to see it. I want to model the air pollution effect on all of us walking around outside 200 days a year under departing and arriving aircraft flying overhead at 2000 feet belching out pollutants.

Yeah. We've been covering game theory as it applies to interactions in the international financial markets between banks, corporations, etc.
