I've seen variations of this make rounds in the past. The most recent version I participated in added that addendum about not looking for cool books, and this one asks for the three sentences following the fifth, rather than just the fifth itself. Anywho, and not cheating:

"It was a frank discussion of Soviet economic weaknesses and emphasized the need for independent enterprises, realistic price policies, market relations and more progressive forms of salary.

Hesitations about radical reform were not just the result of ingrained vested interests. Under the old system enterprises were informed who their customers and suppliers were and, in principle, deliveries were compulsory, whether or not the fixed prices enabled a profit to be made."
