I can't believe she wasn't paying you your full amount. That's not right...like at all. And she says um alot and it's annoying

i know!! this situation had to finally hit me in order to see that it's really bad. it has happened and is still happening at the workplace, and i'm not the only one who's affected by it. she says "um" in my opinion because she really has to think about what she needs to say to me to supposedly "not offend me". how can anyone NOT feel triggered by the whole conversation? it just amazes me that she gets offended that i have the choice to put my foot down. she doesn't like it when someone stands up to her.

sorry but she went overboard...i know where i cross the line, she just stepped into it.
