The Sun's claiming a certain Mr Smith might be returning. I'd advise taking it with a whole barrelful of salt - I'm pretty sure that Noel quote's recycled from a post-JE interview - but it's embarrassing how excited I felt when I saw the headline, in the second before rationality returned.

I know I shouldn't get my hopes up about anything the Sun says, but I would be over the freaking moon if Mickey got a return and it was actually good. Fingers crossed!

I hope he does! As you say, it's probably a recycled quote, and it is The Sun, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
