epiphany!

Do you ever have days when your nerve endings seem super sensitive and you can just feel your bra and how uncomfortable it is a lot more than usual? Well, I’m having one and it’s causing a minor meltdown.

And then, it hit me. )

I guess the grass is always greener, but I'd take yours any day for mine. Any day. I don't have the support issue, but I too have to pick and choose what I wear, because I'm so flat I'd die of embarrassment to go out without a bra. I'd take the discomfort if only I would be like any other woman. I like breasts, personally. I think they're pretty (but then I think men's 'dangly bits' are pretty too *g*). I've been living since puberty without them and I'm sure me wanting them this bad that I'd pay all that money and go through all that pain just to get them must seem silly to you. But to me it's like realizing what I always wanted. To be normal and in proportion and not feel like a freak when I look at myself naked in the mirror. To not nearly burst out crying when I look at myself naked in the mirror. When I look at all the beautiful low-cut tops and lingerie I'm going to be able to wear I want to cry too. From happiness. Please be happy with what you have. You wouldn't want to live without them. Trust me ( ... )

I suppose the grass is always greener on the other side. *g* It's not that I think boobs are unattractive (they are silly, though, you gotta admit, just flapping about there)--I just like how clothes look better when they're not in the way. And I've always thought it's easier to add than subtract, like wearing a water bra or whatever if an outfit requires some cleavage. I can't make mine shrink when I'm sick of them, sadly. And in the back of my mind I always think of my mum. She was flat as a board until she got married and had 2 kids--now she's in a worse boat than I am. I just fear that if the same thing happens to me I'll need a crane to hold mine up!

Now, I've already said that you're perfectly attractive the way you are, but for the record, I don't think it's silly wanting to be more womanly if it will give you more confidence and make you feel beautiful. I just don't happen to think you need any improvement.

So anyway...wanna trade? If only it were that easy! *sigh*

It would help so much confidence wise. I personally think women that have some cleavage on them are more attractive than others, so why would I expect other people to feel differently...Yeah, I'm always joking with my mum (who used to have smaller breasts until she had me and then expanded) that she should give a bit of hers to me. *g*

Then I hope that is the case. Just make sure you get the doctor to agree that you can downsize later if you suddenly have a hormonal firestorm and explode like our mothers LOL! *g*

I have a size DD chest and I am ridiculously unsexy. The media is full of crap.

I am sure you are not unsexy, but the point is the size of one's chest is not what makes you sexy or otherwise. The media is a load of rubbish.

Ouch! I'm not even that big. B or C, depending on the time of the month. But man, they sure feel like watermelons when they get swollen.

Gravity has not yet settled in since I'm only 26, but they're not what I'd call perky (probably because I'm out of shape and have no pectoral muscles *g*) and if I don't work on that I will be tripping on them eventually! Not a pretty picture. o.0

Yeah, despite my whinging I know it could be a lot worse. It's just really annoying having to rotate cup sizes depending on the time of the month. Gravity or no, I can never go without a bra, either. Apart from being vulgar, it's just uncomfortable having no support. Stupid X chromosomes!

Oh, I agree with you 100% here! Absolutely spot on. Eh, yes, just wanted to say that! ;)
