I follow the bleeding heart libertarian blog these days. Quiet out here in LJ land, sadly.

It's very unfortunate as you say. I still find that LJ is in terms of interface one of the better social media systems out there.
I followed Bleed Heart Libertarians for a while, but had a hissy fit at them when they came down on the minimum wage. Maybe I'll go back.
