I totally did not expect both of them to survive, but I am so glad they did.

Annie is making my heart ache, but like I said, I don't think Mitchell is going to give up on her.

I literally just finished watching it. !!!!! The whole tone of it just kept me on the edge of my seat; it was gorgeous and profane.

I'm wondering if we've seen the last of Lucy, or if her ghost might figure in, perhaps in a plot to get Annie back.

If they can bring Henrick back, presumably they can bring everyone back, unless they can't get access to their remains. Do we know what happened to Ivan's body?

I don't know what happened to Ivan's body... I assumed it had probably been destroyed.

I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW FUCKING GOOD THIS SHOW IS! Even if they don't bring Annie back (THEY TOTALLY HAVE TO AFTER THE BIT WITH THE TV), it was a really good, strong ending. That's how stories are told!

THIS. A thousand times this. I can't stand Herrick. Not in a bad guy way, but just in a he annoys me way. Ivan, on the other hand is cool and interesting and does not annoy me.

I really liked the way Lucy's death was handled.

Me too. Though I can't be the only one who REALLY wanted Mitchell to turn her there. That would have been AWESOME. Talk about some poetic justice or something. But it probably would end up in a Mitchell/Lucy scenario, which I'm not 100% opposed to. And with Lucy being Lucy, it wouldn't just be a repeat of the Lauren storyline.

At least Tully was good for fucking something in the end.

Oh yeah, I did think that it would be cool if he turned her at that point -- that would have been amazing. But I like the way it was handled anyway. I think that's one of the things I really like about this episode, is that we can see a variety of different paths the story could have taken, and each one of them would have been interesting, but I still love the path that it did take.
