If you've somehow missed out on it though, I highly recommend that you go and check out tw_itallchanges, the Torchwood Virtual Season 3. This VS has been put together by a bunch of fanwriters over the last eight months because they wanted to explore what a proper 13 episode season 3 of Torchwood

You know, the thing I enjoy is writing in a shared universe. Some of the stories are ones that I'd never have conceived of, and even if I had, they would have been written entirely differently. I love the broader range of creativity this allows. I mean, I'm creative, but my ideas are always better when I bounce them around with other folks.

Seriously! I am having SO MUCH FUN working on this (okay, when I'm not cursing the fates for *insert latest problem here*). But it's all so worth it for the collaboration. I've learned so much from everyone I've worked with, gotten to write some, beta some, bounce around ideas, and - all in all - just work with an amazing group of people.

Ah, some of this is only fun after the work is done. Writing ep 2 is fun now, but rather impressively stressful during the actual writing. However, I'm glad I did and I'm glad I'm working on the VS.
