AN EMO TORCHWOOD DREAM!? SRSLY?

So basically, it was The End of Time, the bit where Ten is going around to say goodbye to all his companions, but instead of finding Jack on some space cruiser, he finds him being all emo in some desolate landscape, and his "gift" to Jack, instead of sexytiems with Alonso, is removing all of Jack's memories of Ianto ( Read more... )

Aaaw you're writing angst in your dreams. It's a great plot and I think maybe original? I've never seen a story like that before.

I was thinking that if I DID write it up, I should re-work it as an original fic somehow. Though I'm not sure where I'd find the time...

I nearly said that, rework it and have it published, but then I wondered if you might think I was being facetious. I think it would be a great idea.

Check out this list, forget about time, if you can make even a bit of the money these books made, you would never need to work again.

Problem is, that sounds just like something Ten would do, if he knew it was there to do, if you know what I mean?

Now if you'll excuse me I have to go sit in a corner and wibble because I'm sad - and I'm sad that Jack's sad and doesn't know why - and I'm still sad about Ianto, although CoE is pretty much a distant bad memory :(

I wouldn't mind seeing this story if it had a happy-ish ending but I think it would be quite a long story to write, that's the impression I'm getting.

But apart from that, how the heck are you :)

Awww, I'm sorry to bring all this up again! For me these days, my only desire for Torchwood is for nostalgia value -- which is a bit sad in itself.

And yeah, it would be a long story. With lots of plotty details to be worked out.

As for how I am -- I'm pretty good! I have more teaching for this upcoming semester (even though for a while it looked like I wouldn't have any), and there's a conference I'm looking forward to in August. Also, I have a garden plot at my community garden! How about yourself?

I'm not sure what to say since I've moved on but since we don't know much about the brain it's certainly weird.

Recently my dad started watching Elementary (I've refused to) and told me that it's ok but it's definitely not Sherlock. That made me glad.
