I can't believe we can see the line that pen puts down!! The ones I got are so narrow I almost can't see the writing. I got some .33 and some .4 and For me, who needs a Bold Line, I simply cannot use the .33.
But I really wanted to get the whole hello kitty set because I can't resist cute. :)
On a related note, I got a Pelikan Jr. in yellow and a Pelikan Script 1.0. I fell in love with both so I went ahead and ordered the Pelikano, then further broke down and bought a Lamy Safari (still waiting for them both to arrive). I'm a sucker for brightly colored pen bodies, but I've read nice things about both pens (the Lamy from you!) that I figured what the heck :) I plan on posting more of my writing samples with the pens and inks. Finally, a good use for all those journals I'd buy but not use.
I always have that problem with gel pens where it leaves a little blob at the end of a stroke (or deposits one at the beginning of a stroke). Don't mind for writing, but for drawing it gives me the crazy. If it weren't for that, I'd have a haystack of the Pentel gels, because I absolutely love their inks--the colors and coverage are ideal.
