I made my whole journal PG13 ("adult concepts") by default. I suppose if you don't put an age in your member info, it'll assume you aren't 14 or older. :/ I'll have to change that and just make sure I don't cuss or stuff in public posts. :D

I believe you're allowed to cuss, just not talk about underage people having teh sex0r. They're pretty vague about what's flaggable. Because it's retarded.
