I've been inspired to collect a whole load of links to episode-related fics and put them on my website here! I'm hoping to add to this section with vids and, eventually perhaps some artwork too ( Read more... )

That's a great idea! The more lists people have (IMHO) the better, as it means it's easier to find episode-related fic.

Of course I would include your stories!! And it's actually been interesting to see which episodes created the most/least Gen fic (that I could find)!!

Thank you. The experience showed me that writing is too hard and painful for me! 8^) I'm ever so grateful to those who can crank out the fics so I can reap the benefits of their talent.

It was a good story for a newbie writer, but I understand it can be a painful process and a lot of hard work. It requires a thick skin sometimes too, especially if you have a honest beta who is good at catching plotholes and mistakes!! I know that original fic seems like waaaay too much effort for me, ao I'll just stick to fanfic for now - that's hard work enough for me!!
