A band called Irene- who are very good, quite old school indiepop in a way, more your heavenly sort of sound, just with a guy singing.. and another one of whom the name escapes me. really cute cover art though!

There's a book in this: "99 other uses for Dr Octopus' Arms". He could shelve books in the library, flip between six tv channels simultaneously, and whisk four cake batters at the same time.

Sweden is like canada's music-loving, europe-based twin. There's this really cool sounding music night called Sweden Made Me in Brighton. I'll bet it rocks.

Sweden is amazing for music. I'm currently into Robyn. I suggest you hunt down the video to 'Konitchiwa Bitches'. She dresses up as a giant microphone at one point. I dare you not to love it!

They're both so good. My one gripe might be they don't have a huge selection like i tunes. But it still awsome stuff :D and i like clicking and suddenly having music...tinternet is magic!
