Is your icon a Lee Wanted/South Park thing? Where did you get it? Was Lee on South Park? I have never watched and you know how out of the loop I've been so don't tease me. *G*

Yes! that's Eddie Drake as a South Park character. There's a Web site (long ago forgotten where it is) that will generate any type of character. You kind of "dress" a character, South Park style. I think Colleen did a bunch of the, so she may be able to point you to the site.
