Other News: The first chapter of DoB has been submitted on ff.net, though that's nothing new for anyone here. I intend to post ch. 3 of LB soon too. Maybe not today, but soon. *contemplates tomorrow*

I just realized that you put DoB on the crossover page and that's why I didn't catch it being posted on ffnet. I'm going to leave a review over there but I just wanted to let you know that the lack of reviews are not reflected on your fic, rather because it's not posted on the mainstream threads. So I hope you're not feeling down about that. You're a gifted writer, unfortunately the X fandom doesn't get the love that it did years ago.

I admit to being a little disheartened. In the case of DoB, I was expecting it: what with posting to the X-over category and having previously posted it here where everyone could see, I knew it wouldn't be anything new for most people. Still, not getting a single review for a week and a half sort of stung. *wrinkles nose* I posted LB thinking that was more popular and would get more notice and make me feel better, but even that got half the reviews as the previous chapter. I think you're right about there not being as many people reading X now-days, and I think part of my withdrawal is the realization that if I post more chapters to ff.net, it'll DROP my reviews-per-chapter count. v_v Very disheartening indeed ( ... )

I think your writing is just as wonderful as Leareth and Akk and I believe others feel the same way.

No no no! *scrambles in the opposite direction, panicked* I can't talk to them! They might think I'm a horrible usurper who hasn't liked the fandom half as long as them and doesn't deserve to breathe the same air! O_O They might secretly hate me! I can't talk to them!

Leaving as in leaving. Permanently. Never coming back. Something like that. I've known about it for over 6 months now, it's always just been a matter of choosing when. >_>
