More seriously, I think they kind of shorted us on leadership/professional growth moments for Lee (uh, Fat Apollo aside), despite his various job promotions. It was nice to see him take command and rise to the occasion in The Captain's Hand. And for me, his political arc was largely uninspired, until Revelations, when he really shined in so many ways. Taking care of his dad, making the truce with the cylons and saying they could break the patterns of the old ways, and putting his faith in Kara and letting that lead them to (the first) Earth.
I think that Lee's change of career is huge for him during the series. He's finally doing something completely separate from his father and it is MASSIVE when it comes to who he becomes as a person. :)
I really like his leadership style throughout - pragmatic, collaborative, and focused. (He may struggle with all of those things personally, but he's great with them professionally.)
Razor has a lot of great moments for him, I think. He makes a great choice for all the right reasons when he promotes Kendra, and he pulls the Pegasus crew back from that massive destabilization of S2. It does a lot to establish his political skills in time for S4.
moments - they are many. he grows in the series not only as a leader but as a man. we have in the mini - first part, an overgrown teenager who can't put his anger aside when dealing with his dad (i should remind you and me that i have fallen in love with said teen), then in the second one we have a very young captain who is the voice of military in a instant made fleet of ragtags because there is nobody else
