I tweeted my appreciation and admiration to both of these football players (to Kluwe directly, to Mr. Ayanbadejo via the Ravens) for their courage in expressing support for marriage equality, and also emailed my disappointment to Mr. Burns, politely making it clear that while he has every right to his opinion, he has no right to try to take away anyone else's, and that I found it shameful that he would try to do so on a human rights issue.
(I saw Mr. Kluwe on The Ed Show, and was already tweeting and writing emails during his interview. God, I love the Internet.)
