I have another sinus infection. This one's a persistent little bugger. I've been taking levaquin since Friday and yesterday my doctor called in a steroid dose pack along with some anti-nausea medicine, because the post nasal drip has been making me feel so nauseated.

I gave my two week notice to Walmart, so I feel a little bad that I've been having
