RULES&;

1. Always credit! We'd like to know that you aren't claiming our icons to be your own. We will hunt you down and zap you with our laser beam eyeballs. >:E (anyone who knows of any activity, please, report them to us, thank you.) Crediting the iconmaker herself is fine too. :D

>>Don't know how to credit?

2.Comments, please? We don't like lurkers in the scary shadows. Don't be shy! x3 We do read each and every comment. :) We like to feel the love. <3 But, if for some reasons....unknown, you really don't want to comment, we won't bite much. ^o~ We appreciate comments & critique very, very much. ;D

3. Regarding bases, we'd prefer that you credit us, but we won't force you to. Crediting us, though, will result in giving us a warm and fuzzy feeling inside. <3 Who wouldn't want to give us that? @__@

>>Bases as icons. Please credit us :)
>>Textless icons are not bases!

4. Absolutely NO hotlinking/direct linking. It's pretty self-explanatory. ^o^ Otherwise, check out this excerpt from a post by colorfilter :

"In simplest terms, hotlinking is when you're directly linking to someone else's file instead of uploading it to your own server and linking from there. That is a big no no for most people online, regardless whether the person is using a paid or free service to host their files. Why? Paid hosting service doesn't come cheap- with bandwidth usually being the most expensive part. If you hotlink to someone's files, you're using the bandwidth they've paid for...and many would view it as pretty much the same thing as stealing their money. Bandwidth gets used up- and when that happens, you get charged pretty ridiculously for going over your limit. This is especially a problem for sites that already use a lot of bandwidth as it is. The last thing they need is for hotlinkers to add on to that load by stealing."

Yes, we do use a free service to host all our pictures, but in our case, if bandwidth exceeds, we lose all our pictures. Zip. Please don't make it happen.

5. Please respect the creators/makers of the icons. We don't want to hear people saying "omFg ur 1c0ns arrr sUcK!11!11!1" or such. It's mean, rude, and it hurts our big egos. D: Plus, we're still young, so give us time to grow and get better. (;

6. Membership is closed. In the event that we will be looking for iconmakers, we'll make sure to post.
