"You've got that right," Ray said from behind the counter, fingers drumming the wooden surface, her free hand propping up her head. She had come down to see everyone off, and take a tally of who was and wasn't going. So far, however, no one but Kairi's appeared. Taking a sip out of a wineglass beside her, she continued: "Even though I grew up in these woods, I haven't been to the deeper portions very much. There's a path I use that leads from here to the town a couple of miles out, but even then you have to be on your guard. The forest is safe around the outer edges, where sunlight still streams in, but after walking about fifteen, twenty-minutes, and you better have a damn good fighter with you if you want to get out of there in one piece."

Ever since the voice had stopped whispering, Lebendig Friehof had settled into a restless silence - for Talaeu at least. There were footsteps sounding on the upper floors (she assumed everyone was gathering their things), but she had settled into a corner and was sipping on a tall glass of wine, chewing on her lip ( ... )

"I wouldn't quite say that," Ray leaned back, pondering. "I recommended that people stay out for no more than a week, but even that will warrant a good amount of supplies, especially for such a large group. Not to mention..." her voice trailed off. Ray looked down at her hands, her face dark. The simple act of fiddling with her ring was showing a crack in her normally stoic exterior.

I couldn't sense that witch, even though she obviously practises some sort of black magic. Hell, I couldn't even hear those "whispers" of hers that got everyone else worked up. And the fact that she's the one who placed this Mist... Ray's brows furrowed. Even though she was very much aware of the strength of many of the people leaving, she still didn't like this. She didn't like this one bit.

Talaeu's head tilted slightly as Ray began to fiddle with her ring, and her smile soon vanished. Seeing the owner of the establishment nervous made her nervous. After all, Ray had always been at Lebendig Friedhof. Talaeu had only been there for a few months.

"Excuse me," the elf asked timidly, hoping she wasn't intruding on the bartender's thoughts. "But... is there something to be worried about? Something even the group of us couldn't handle by ourselves? The voice we heard didn't sound all that menacing."

And she agreed to help me. No tricks, either.

"Perhaps you need some wine yourself once everyone leaves," Talaeu suggested, trying to bring some warmth back to the conversation. "It's a good companion to think with."

Demyx walked through the hallways and down into the bar area, sitar in hand. All of the fuss over the mist was scaring him, to say the least. He held his sitar like it would save him from harm.

But now it was quiet...too quiet. He walked through the bar, unaware of the two people in there. Then he heard the talking and jumped a mile in the air, screaming.

"DON'T EAT ME," he shouted. He blinked and saw that it was only two residents here. "Oh, err...sorry. I had a nightmare last night, due to this mist stuff and I guess I'm just overreacting. Haha."

... now Axel regretted his decision. Well, partially. For the most part, he was kind of glad (if he could be glad) that Demyx was coming with him and not getting himself scared by a chipmunk or something.

But it didn't stop him from sighing from where he was sat lazily in the main bar area, watching Demyx proclaim something loudly and everyone stare at him. He stood upright, shaking his head, before he walked up behind him, flicking a small flame at the back of Demyx's hair- enough to scare him. "Look who else has risen from the dead. Oh, and Demyx? Shut up. Please," he said bluntly. "You're embarassing yourself."

Demyx felt the heat rise in his neck--quite literally! He automatically spun around, splashing water all over his attacker--his reflexes worked against his will somehow--only to realise it was Axel.

"Axel! Aww, c'moooon, that was mean! It's not MY fault, I was attacked by nightmares last night. And even that's weird...because...Nobodies can't have nightmares..." he said the last part quickly and defeatedly. "Somebody's been attacking me in my sleep. What did I ever do to them?"

"Soo, uh, what is this all about? That mist stuff outside is...gone...why? And is it going to come back and swallow us?" He asked, trying to act calm.

Axel thoroughly did not look impressed by the faceful of water he recieved. If there was one thing he hated in this world, it was water. Especially if it involved Demyx being the one chucking it over him. "For one thing, I don't care. Literally, I don't care," he smirked. "Second, nobody attacks you in your sleep."

Frowning, he snapped his fingers, causing the droplets to evaporate from the heat the small flame in his hand produced.

"No idea. It's gone, that's all I know, some crazy voice, but everyone's going anyway in one big group," the flame dulled and disappeared as his hair dried out. "Except me, and Roxas. We're flying solo. It seems it'll come back at some point, but why waste the opportunity to get out of this place for a few days?"

Sailing effortlessly down the stairs, Holen fixed her eyes on the door, trying to ignore the screaming idiot also in the room. She wanted to go now. This place was far to cramped for her own good ( ... )

Seth walked down the stairs and saw the vampire girl slouched near the window. He walked over and stood just behind her.

He reached his face down so he was inches from her ear.

"Comfy down there?" Seth asked.

Holen didn't jump. She'd known he was comming. She could smell him in the air.

" You reek, get lost." She hissed quietly, her eyes narrowing as they turned to him. Holen was not in a good mood right now, already irate from waiting to go outside so long.

Seth smiled and placed a noseclip on her nose--one that did not sting the person's nose.

"There. Don't let species get in the way of things, eh?" Seth said. He walked to the window and peeked out of it. "That forest is...suspicious. Do you know a guy called The Doctor? I need to ask him what he thinks of this..."

Arya brought herself to a stop somewhere within the forest, looking around cautiously. It was near impossible to see anything beyond the shadows, but she knew that she wasn't alone. And she wasn't just talking about Kairi and the others, either, the people she had arranged to go exploring with. No...she felt the presence of magic. A stirring that wasn't the earth beneath her feet, or the sky above her head. It was a creature who was able to harness sorcery and, from what the Doctor told her, said individual was far from pleasant ( ... )

It was only a few days ago did Tsuna tell him about the so called ghosts of the forest, but being Lambo, he quickly forgot he even had the conversation at all. He carefully sneaked out of his room and out into the forest, hoping no one would catch him. He decided that was going to make this forest go "boom" whether anyone liked it or not! After all, what's an adventure without explosions~?

At the entrance of the forest, he got too restless to hide his presence any longer and loudly exclaimed, "Nyahaha! Lambo-san has arrived!"

Having finished with everything going on inside, Amu had headed outside for a bit of fresh air. It was a relief after the amount of people all in one room- it had, admittedly, made her a little claustrophobic.

She hadn't expected Lambo's sudden appearence, causing her to jump and almost scream loudly as she spun round on the spot, only to be greeted by the kid in a cow suit.

"You again?" she said in her usual cover up voice, though she was still mostly trying to compose herself. "What are you doing this time?"

Having heard a voice from behind, the boy in the cow suit quickly turned around. "Eh!" he began, "Lambo-san's not doing anything!" He even closed his eyes and blew a raspberry at her to add to the effect.

He proudly marched deeper in the forest and took out a grenade from deep inside the mysteries of his hair and proudly proclaimed, "If Lambo-san's going to rule the world he has to start somewhere, and he can start by ruling this forest! Nyahaha!" Trying to muster up any bit of courage he had left, he then added, "L-Lambo-san's even going to take on the ghosts of this forest if he had to!" As usual, the self proclaimed dairy cow was all bark and no bite. If ghosts just so happened to show up, there was no way he'd be taking them on without firing his Ten-Year Bazooka.

"Hey!" Amu called after him as he started to disappear into the foliage. Kids... they never know when to stop... "Come back, L.." she took a moment before remembering his name. "Lambo-san!"

She waited a couple of seconds before she ran after him, her converse making her almost trip a couple of times, even though they were quite adept at catching up with him. Amu froze though as she saw the- was that a grenade? But she didn't get time to think on that one.

"G-Ghosts?" Amu stuttered. "There's no ghosts in a forest, eheh... don't be silly, Lambo-san, eheh..."
