I don't like the way ebay operates. It seems to be left entirely up to the decency of the seller with regard to proper refunds. I know Amazon are big evil corporation and all that but at least they make their sellers refund postage and graciously sort out issues when they arise.
Ebay is just full of sub-market shysters ripping everyone off.

This is why you have to get your baseball cap from a shop and leave the pricetag on, innit?
