My roommate bought the game, and, since we live in the same house, I'm just going to pay him for half of it for now. Thaaaat means I've gotten to play a bit! I'm only about 3-4 hours in so far, buuuut...

The entire party is v. likable, but I have my own favorites-- you've met Vanille and Sazh already, though, so. I can't wait til you get to the later parts and I can go dkjfl;kdj at you about them.....<3

also, the battle system is absolutely fucking brilliant and I love it so.

And the setting. DO YOU EVEN KNOW HOW INCREDIBLY USEFUL THIS SETTING WOULD BE IN A GAME oh my god.

That reminds me: I should probably finish XII. I'm at the end and I'm all, "Meh, later." but the only characters in XII I liked were Basch, Balthier and Panelo. I'm sure there's others, I just can't be bothered.

One of the things that really bother me is how Vanille runs. And how she seems to make a lot of weird moans and groans. There are quite a few things about this game that bother me, but I think that's one of the big ones. I really should sit down and play more of this game though. *headdesk*
