Dissidia?

So, I wasn't interested in that Dissidia game that Squenix is putting out at all. Truth be told, I still think it's just going to be a big, overly complicated and somehow subpar attempt to cash in on the Smash Brothers appeal. I'm actually kind of interested now, or at least happy to see a girl on the heroes' side of things.

You know, he kind of does look like Locke. D: Maybe if they make another one, they'll have more characters. BUT YES. Kuja looks like a dude. Despite still wearing that purple thong. AND JECHT LOOKS AWESOME. Tidus too. He popped that collar like a pimp. or hood. Whatever the white thing that's sticking up is.

I admit it, I only wanted the game because it so obviously looks like a SSB game with FF characters. And as rip-offery as it is, I wanted a game like that for a lonnng time.

Terra looks absolutely gorgeous and it makes me happy to see her in there.

I'm afraid that Squenix will make the gameplay phail, but here's hoping. Hell, I might get it just for the pretties.

I've never played it (ffvi, or much of the others. LOL @ the ffXII snub) but I don't think it's a bad thing to get a game because of a character. That's why I got Eirghiez, and likely why anyone knows what KH is.

Yeah... Or maybe they couldn't figure out who the main character in 12 was. It can't be only games that just Nomura designed because he has old school and IX in there.

Yeah, I have to admit I wouldn't have picked up Ehrgeiz unless I saw Cloud and Tifa in it. KH I might have because I usually look into Square games, but I might not have gotten it right away if not for cameos.

I've always considered Terra the main character, too, so that's really reassuring. I'm still psyched for Zidane and Kuja, and they're the reason I'm probably gonna get it.

I mean, Locke punted her out of the default, world map slot when he joined, but otherwise I thought she was the biggest focus at least in the beginning. Then Celes took over, but if I had to pick just one, I'd say it was Terra. ZIDANE~ And Kuja's hips don't lie.

It feels like their answer to Smash Bros. I hope they don't make the gameplay too complicated, but they're smart marketing it to old and new fans. :D
