If dictatorship surprises them, then insofar they've perceived their government as democratic, or at least in some part, autonomous.

I wouldn't rule out the possibility of multiple chips per individual, and that removing just one of them could disrupt functions of the other ones. Though at the moment, that's all it is. Just a theory.

Side effects generally a sick period of 24 hours, followed by no less than 1 week of being unable to control any abilities the patient might have.

Anyway, I've been multi-tasking. When I'm not working on one, I'm doing the other. Though this project isn't as irritating as the fucking chips--so the calculations are complete. Just need to stop trying to find information that doesn't want to be found run a test and see if it's zetta good to go.
