As to your question...don't let "来" confuse you, it's meaningless here.
"你一個來我一個",literally, means "give you one and give myself one as well."

Suppose you fairly do the job to share a baskest of apples with me, maybe you will mumble as you are giving away them like "one for you and one for me, one for you and one for me..."

Something like that.
Hope my explanation won't confused you all the more.
