싫어요 kind of just means "dislike". If you really want to hate on something or someone, go with "미워, 정말 미워!"

Not quite. The ㅎ is silent so the ㄹ tends to follow the carry-over rule and sounds more like an R. It would sound more like shireoyo jinjja shireoyo.
