I just bought a macbook in the USA... but I really want to get a Korean keyboard and start using it in Korean. I have a Korean desktop, but the notebook is key... any suggestions?
The stickers are absurdly cheap (like, $0.99)- honestly I don't think it's worth it NOT to buy them unless you have absolutely no way to order things online.
Uh, I didn't tell anyone to like or not like anything. I said that personally, I think it's not worth it to not buy the stickers. They're VERY cheap ($1), easy to put on the keys, don't damage the keys or leave residue behind, and last a long time. For me, it would be too much trouble to draw and cut 27+ key-sized pieces of paper with Korean letters and symbols on them and then individually tape those to each key. In my opinion, the only good reason for doing this is not being able to order stuff online- which obviously was your reason, so I never slammed you for anything. I'm just giving the OP reasons why ordering the stickers is practical, since no previous commenter mentioned the price.
I see many people have commented regarding keyboard stickers, and I noticed in your post you specifically mentioned buying a Korean keyboard (I'm assuming a USB one to hook up to your laptop). You'll have to get the stickers. I tried hooking up a separate Korean keyboard to my USA laptop and there's a formatting issue with the keyboard (long and super-nerdy detailed if you google it) so it's not compatible. :/ fyi.
