I’ve never seen nor heard of such a structure in the middle of the ocean. It’s impossible to have constructed a tower of this complexity and size so far from civilization that dry land can not be seen in any direction. Not at all, about 7 or 8 that I've seen. 5 of which I've spoken to personally, none of them know whats going on either.

That is all a matter of perspective.

"Pokemon" is an unfamiliar term.

The separate components themselves are not strange. A glass tower made entirely of glass is strange, especially in the middle of a body of water.
