You know what just gets to me; people who are part of the atheistic/agnostic/glbt movement of this new generation who claim to be inclusive and non judgmental and yet they go out and constantly bash and make snide comments about those believing in God.

Just stfu and stop lying to yourself. You are no better than those people who make snide comments

i get where you are coming from. i mean, i don't understand it, as i am atheist. but you have to understand that it is not animosity against you, or people that believe in god in general. it is the part of the religious population that influences government and forces the will of those that do not believe in extending rights to people, such as marriage and the ability to adopt. chatholic charities in chicago decided to stop doing orphan adoptions at all because they would rather do that than let gay people adopt as the state of illinois was forcing them to be completely fair with who they allow to adopt. there is control in holding the opinion of the country and that is what the atheist, agnostic and lgbt community hate. because i am an atheist i am of the most untrusted in the country, but i am a good person. those that believe in god are automatically to thought to be synonymous with good. we have to fight to prove we are good.
