Can you believe I've never seen any of Julie Andrews' movies? Not even 'The Sound of Music.' But this hasn't stopped me from enjoying your spam on tumblr. It's been fun!

SQUEEEE!

And you definitely have a fellow fan here. I've gone a little overboard to be honest. I keep watching and re-watching her movies. She definitely can lift spirits up when you're down :DDD

.."gone a little overboard".. I highly doubt I would fine it overboard,..

a few years back I use to have 'Sound of Music' permanently in my DVD player and I would just put in on through out the day/night whether I was watchin it or not!.. it was my background music! (why yes, I am that cool :P ) lol!..

Prior to reading this entry, the only Julie Andrews movies I'd seen were Sound of Music, which is my favoritest movie evar, and Mary Poppins in which I ship Mary/Bert.

Then I decided to download Victor/Victoria, and when she goes "I'll sleep with you for a meatball" and the landlord unbuttons his pants, I was like HOLY HELL FRAULEIN MARIA, MY CHILDHOOD.

Sound of Music is just one of the greatest things to exist, ever. I even went trolling around youtube and saw some reunion specials. I also shipped Mary and Bert, lol.

Re: Victor/Victoria. YES. I always skip that part (I couldn't bear to watch her be so sad and hungry) and usually go right to her sleeping over Toddy's. BUT YAY FOR WATCHING. I love it to bits, even if I didn't like James Garner.

Oh, and if you wanna be scarred for life, go see S.O.B. All I'm gonna say is: BOOBS. MY CHILDHOOD WENT POOF.
