So, since I'm already pondering about the sequel (but it WILL take quite some time until I can start; as I've said I've got something with narya86 to finish first - a fixit fic, movie verse) I'm interested in what you all who have read Beneath the Surface would like to see.

Unfortunately no. I totally see the appeal in that pairing in the movie, but in my story Alex said that he could not imagine being with a guy (when he and Erik had a beer and were talking in the kitchen). So no, there won't be another slash pairing here, I'm afraid.
And I already had something different in mind for Hank. I hope you'll enjoy it anyway... though as I've said it'll take a while until I start writing the sequel.

and here i was, happily pretending that i did not see that line from the story. *sighs* fine fine. i'll still love the story anyways, no matter who shacks up with whom. though, I think i'd like to see what you can do with moira/sean. that's it, i guess. i will be faithfully waiting for the sequel. :D

Ahahaha, I was thinking maaaybe Hank/Alex, but it seems you have something in mind for Hank, so...maybe some Alex/Sean? :> Because that would be a cute pairing as well, especially given how very upset and angry Alex was after he believed that Sean had been shot.

As I replied two comments above, Alex is unfortunately completely straight in my verse ;) He said so when he was baving beer with Erik. And it seems that many people would love to see Moira/Sean, which I have to admit I'm finding more and more appealing, even despite the age difference. I think it would be cute. Sean just needs to grow up a little and not do so many stupid things, hehe.

I just wanted to emphasize how much I would love to see Moira/Sean in the sequel. :D I've never really shipped them before, but I fell for them HARD in your story. I think Sean could be really good for Moira, he makes her laugh (when he's not irritating her) and just....yeah. I really ship them now. A lot.

It's funny, I actually would've never shipped them, and I never intended for there to be any kind of subtext or otherwise reason to ship them through my story. But, strangely, I've sorta started shipping them a little as well. Guess these just are the things that sort of write themselves without the author actually having any control over them. So, yes, once I start the sequel (which still will take a long time), I think there'll be Moira/Sean in it ;)
