This starts with a timeline and the main summary for the, er, middle part of the story, because everything coming after this is samll, disconnected scenes that make little sense together without summary, and it occurs to me now that a lot of the story I still have in my mind, I haven't written down here. "Chunk" being a very apt word for this portion, and all the parts afterwards. This contains the Council of Elrond (which will be a pain to finish, thank you) and plot summary of what will happen over the next month.
