ok, remind me that if i'm going to do a life update then I should wait till the totally shocking (for me) out of the blue thing that's going to happen to me happens!

so, today I get called to a meeting with the principal.  scarey right?  nope!  I got offered a job!  I'm officially hired... tenure track position!  I can't believe it!  I"m employed

congratz! I've never seen you teach, but I can tell you'd be so awesome! Not all teachers are good at it, and WANT to do it, but you do. Lucky kids.

thanks both of you!!! I've loved teaching this past year and i really fit the job well. Hopefully it'll be great for the next 30 odd years of my life. :-)
