JAWS weirdness

My favorite ones are when you're trying to read something that really isn't too accessible and JAWS reads portions of the screen that don't go together and the messed-up text accidentally goes together as if it belongs. A friend was writing a blog entry on Diaryland once and decided to proofread her entry. Down the left side of the screen was a navigation menu that included an option called "miscellaneous stuff." Once the whole navigation thing had been read, the form would just scroll and the bottom part of the navigation thing would keep reading. So the entry went something like this. "add an entry Today I went to the library edit entries and checked out some books. my diary After that I took the bus modify template over to this restaurant where miscellaneous stuff I met my sister for dinner. I had miscellaneous stuff chicken and dumplings and for dessert I had this huge miscellaneous stuff piece of cake. By the way, I'm tired of miscellaneous stuff people always petting my dog while i'm eating
