Wow. I didn't know people really acted that way at Hillsdale. Well, I did, but I didn't think it was widespread. Okay, I knew it was, but if anyone ever acted that way towards me, I didn't notice it, or chose to ignore it.

So, my advice to you: Fight on.
My advice to them nay-sayers: Fuck yourselves.

Christ, at your age, I was working 70 hours a week and hadn't even started college. That didn't make me a loser, a drop-out, or a failure as a human being. You aren't any of those things, either. You are making your way in the world. It's what life (a foreign concept to many Hillsdale students) is about.

We do what we must. To hell with anyone who says differently.

P.S. I'm a "college dropout" not too and will be working my butt off. Yeah, I'm going back to college, just like you are, but we can be dumber and more useless than those genius (and by genius I mean moronic) Hillsdale *children* for a little while.
