My sister, theophyllia who has eternally changed my life since I was a tender age of 6, set me weekly writing assignments, went all grammar nazi on me and taught me a whole new dictionary of words, rich enough that I felt pleased with myself when my "class enemy" couldn't understand the meaning of "you are so pathetic." I spat at her and I was 10.

YAY!! my sister loffs me! heh, I've put a lot of thought into your surprise "intangible" gift. I started practicing back in Jan :D and of course, what better song to reflect the significance of our sisterly bond in which the movie played a flame starter role in? There's still A Bug's Life and Balto before that though... I think your OCD tendencies when you were a kid had its creative benefits too, like your journal and the script we wrote for the bug's life?! meowmeowwwww- also "The Departure" was the easie-r track to play, compared to the rest. :P

:) Very cute, nice and creative birthday gift. Too bad I've not been playing my guitar for a long time, otherwise, can team up with you playing the tune for Jie Jie.

I think I do gave you some impact in term of hobby on photography, at least.

hahah definitely got impact after I started photography, cuz it's convenient to get ahead since my dad has the equipment and his generousity to give me a DSLR (now that is something to be truly grateful about!) :P

oh yes, I would say I'm fortunate to have shared this kind of relationship with a sibling.... Most siblings don't share that many common personality traits and interests!

hahha.. if I'm giving off that kind of effect, it's only because my sister has pioneered it. (can't think of a better word to say lol) I love my sister!
