I can cry, because it managed to look like him somehow.

"THIS BEING THE 2ND PORTRAIT I'VE EVER DRAWN. me hadno prior experience in drawing >____> "

I'M SO FUCKING JEALOUS OF ALL YOUR RAW TALENT.

But this is what i tell people who say they can't draw - that they just aren't trying hard enough. You are trying and so you get a good result! It's not perfect but it's pretty fucking spectacular for the 2nd portrait you've ever done!

oh thank you thank you, means sooo much coming from an artist like you. *flails* OH GOD, AND I FEEL ANCIENT AROUND YOU. <3 I took my GCSE 3 years ago ahahha! I didn't take art though... but hey, all the best for your exams! you've got so many wonderful years ahead of you, i'm sure you can hone your drawing skills to the finest. <3 (whereas I'm still pathetically dabbling in anything I can get my hands on, and I'm still not sure what I want to do at the moment ._____.)

Ok, this 2nd portrait is better than the 1st, closer to a face in photo, not perfect but nice try, a lot of heart put in it. I am sure you can perfect your art work though lot of practices during leisure hour. With belief, you can do almost anything, keep it coming.

Yes, I believe that anything is possible as long you put your heart and soul into it. Thanks dad!!!

Nice use of smudging for the shadows and contours, and I like that you even put in his Adam's apple. The asymmetry of his face is kind of fascinating, by the way.

OH YAY! You noticed the adam apple bit! -beams- I'm quite proud of this piece, being my first proper portrait with the use of porportion guidelines and all. I mean, LOOK at the eyebrows. I think it is the most realistic part of the entire drawing. *LOVES* How is asymmetry fascinating? No face is symmetrical what?
