God almight, Bush actually did something right for a change. He actually took full responsibility for the inefficiancy and untimely manner the federal government showed in reaction to hurricaine Katrina. Any minute now, I'm waiting to see pigs across the skyline or a snowball from hell to hit me in the back.

What made me sad was: it was big news that he took responsibility. It should have been expected.
