As one of the "Not even sure if the client still wants anything" people, I want to extend an apology for how terribly slow I've been at getting you my first rough idea of what we talked about. As my life may very soon be going through some terribly drastic revisions of its own, go ahead and count me out for a while.

At the point that I finally get my act together to the point that I can take you up on your offer of designing the site we discussed, I will fully understand if you no longer have the time to take on the project, or if the price has gone up with your increase in skill.

I hope I haven't caused you too much stress.

I appreciate the help. If it makes you feel any better, I figured that things would be slow to get started...plus Matt still has his graphical magic to do before I take over coding, so I anticipated it would probably get around to my part of the project *after* I was done with the semester. :)

The person I'm referring to was someone I whose need I think may have been somewhat more pressing...
