A Fitness Goal

I want to be able to do THIS some day. Better increase the weight when I bench press tonight!

OMG! I want to be able to do that too! I need to beef up my arms!

Since I don't think I can do the full push-up yet, I am going to start training by holding the poses as long as I can, similar to the "8 limb" or "plank" poses in Yoga. I need to build up more muscle in my chest/shoulders.

My ballet teacher can do some of that! It's crazy! I wish I was that strong.
